My name is Grainne and I am an experienced Medau Movement teacher, inspired by Heinrich Medau’s vision to encourage dance that displays a delightful sense of playful freedom.
I have been doing Medau Movement (on which Art of Grace is based) since my late teenage years. I used to go to classes with my mum who was introduced to this form of dance by her sister-in-law and mother-in-law. It is in the family and I enjoy the fact that I am keeping this going.
I am one of a few other Medau Movement teachers in the UK.
